Island Health and Nutrition is an authorized Bosch dealer for kitchen appliances. We seek to educate, demonstrate and sell appliances, whole grains and flours, baking accessories and other kitchen tools to help people committed to healthy eating without sacrificing good taste.

 

Through one-on-one consultations, small group baking classes and larger demonstrations, we desire to share with others our passion for delicious and nutritious whole-grain baking. One unique feature will be an emphasis on healthy food preparation while saving time and money. Many families, especially those living on one income, need short cuts to healthy eating that are not cost-prohibitive. Other healthy cooking methods will also be taught and supported as interest develops.
